SHIPPING POLICY
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are directly dispatched from our Australian local warehouse. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. All deliveries are made within 7 business days across Australia. Since we ship locally within Australia, no customs clearance is required, eliminating customs-related delivery delays.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you via Shipping Confirmation email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery status anytime through www.17track.net with the provided tracking number.
What are your shipping rates?
Standard Australian shipping is $14.99 AUD. Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $200 AUD.
Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping is currently unavailable.
How can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address modifications are only permitted on the day of purchase, before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7). Please contact our support team via [email protected] to submit your address change request.
Can I ship to an address different from my card billing address?
Yes, shipping to an alternative address different from your billing address is fully allowed.
How are orders shipped?
We only process and ship orders on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Any orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
